Annecy Les Bauges Aravis Colombiere

A 1-day motorcycle loop around Annecy, Les Bauges, Col des Aravis, Col de la Colombière, combining scenic roads, viewpoints and varied terrain, ideal for an enjoyable day ride starting from our base.

Période : Mi-Mai à Mi-Octobre, en fonction de l'ouverture du col de la Colombière.

We start directly on the Salève to gain altitude.

You go through Cruseilles towards Annecy.

You can stop in Annecy for a break or walking in the old town. Motorbike parking is regulated, stop at the parking of Marquisats, which is free.

It runs along Lake Annecy, Sévrier, and up to the Col de Leschaux.

It goes well in the Regional Natural Park of Bauges. It goes down the Isère valley which we go back to Gilly-sur-Isere, turn left to the direction of the Col de Tamie.

We cross Faverges towards Saint-Ferréol, then the Col des Essérieux and the Col du Marais.

A few kilometers before Thônes, it forks to the right to Manigod, and the Col de la Croix-Fry.

Down the road you turn right towards the Col des Aravis.

We turned back towards La Clusaz and St-Jean-de-Sixt, to head of Grand Bornand, then the Col de la Colombiere.

We go on by Marignier Annemasse, St Jeoire, Bonne.
