Loop around Annecy Lake

A 1-day motorcycle loop around Tour du Lac d’Annecy, retour par le Grand Bornan, combining scenic roads, viewpoints and varied terrain, ideal for an enjoyable day ride starting from our base.

From Annemasse railway station, the GPS takes you straight on the road that passes over the Salève up to Cruseilles.

Enjoy the view of Mont Blanc on the left, right on Lake Geneva and the Jura.

After Cruseilles, it make a detour by to reach downtown Annecy.

A stop is planned at the Town Hall, it is easy to park and walk through the narrow streets of the center, or to the lake.

You can ask to leave your equipment in a café where you had a break .

Alternatively, stop on the way to the Cret de Chatillon Super Panorama, for lunch or just a drink.

Back on the shores of the lake at Sevrier, before rising again after the end of the lake to the Col de la Forclaz, then descends down to Menthon St Bernard.

The road back may be more or less rapid according to three options from the shortest to longest:

Direct way back to Annemasse, and the D1203 Arrive in Annemasse Reigner (190 km)

Return to Entremont and Petit Bornand by D12 (209 km)

Back by the Grand-Bornand, Col de la Colombiere and Bonneville, St Jeoire (243 km)
