3-day motorcycle tour around Motorbike Week-end at Evian, Haute-Savoie, with scenic roads, mountain passes and beautiful viewpoints, ideal for a memorable road trip.

Friday evening – arrival at Evian

Saturday – Loop around the Lake Léman

Sunday – Chablais loop

Monday – Loop around Annecy, back to Annemasse

Pick up of the motorcycle rental at Annemasse railway station, then towards Evian, to Yvoire.

If you do not have time, join the residence directly Side Lake (see the GPS in favorites)

It is possible to take care of your luggage will be taken directly to the hotel.

Saturday: Tour of Lake Geneva, Chablais, Lausanne, Lavaux vineyards, Marchairuz pass.

It goes directly into the mountain Habère-pocket through the pass du Cou.

It then crosses the Abondance valley to reach the plateau of Gavot and back down to Evian.

It then runs along the lake, we cross the Swiss border in St Gingolph, and to continue to Vevey.

(Caution: make sure you have the documents needed to enter Switzerland).

We gain altitude from Vevey to cross the terraced vineyards of Lavaux (World Heritage) by road of the cornice.

We return the lake to Morges, and then take the direction of the Joux Valley.

We take the winding road and in perfect condition, and the Lake of Joux.

It turns left towards the Col du Marchairuz on this beautiful road lined with stone walls.

Take time to admire the view over the lake and the Alps via the pass.

We end on the way down to the lake just before Nyon to cross Geneva.

We stay at the lake to the French border before joining Yvoire.

Sunday: Tour du Chablais, Morzine, Val d'Abondance, Thonon-les-Bains

We take the direction of Morzine, in the valley of Aulps.

We take the direction of Montriond, and along the lake of the same name, to cross the Col de la Joux Verte. Warning! The pass can be closed if the snow is not completely melted.

It is possible from there to go for a ride in Avoriaz.

It then descends into the valley, then forks right towards the Col du Corbier, to pass into the next valley: the valley of Abondance.

It can take a break in Abondance, before continuing on Chatel and Morgins pass (Warning, make sure that we have the documents needed to enter Switzerland).

To return to St Gingolph by the shores of Lake Geneva. Enjoy the view going up to Bernex. It crosses Chevenoz, cross the valley to pass the Col de la Forclaz making a detour down a beautiful place: the pass of Tréchauffé.

It descends through the valley towards the port of Thonon-les-Bains, for the ride and possibly a new stop.

From Thonon is the road back begins towards the Green Valley and the Col de Cou, via the Col des Moises.

Monday: Tour of Lake Annecy, return to Annemasse (See on Google Maps)

From Evian, we go along Lake Geneva towards Annemasse you cross.

Then, the GPS takes you straight on the road that passes over the Salève to Cruseilles.

Enjoy the view of Mont Blanc on the left, right on Lake Geneva and the Jura.

After Cruseilles, Ferrières, detour to reach Annecy Centre.

A stop is provided at the Town Hall, it is easy to park and walk in narrow streets of the center, or at the lake.

You can ask to leave your equipment in a coffee where you had a break for a more comfortable walk.

Alternatively, stop on the way to the Cret de Chatillon Super Panorama, for lunch or just a drink.

Back on the shores of Lake d'Annecy at Sevrier, before rising again after the "Bout du Lac" to the Forclaz pass, then descends to the level of Menthon St Bernard.

The road back may be more or less rapid according to three options from the shortest to longest:

Direct to Annemasse to return faster, and the D1203 Arrive in Annemasse Reigner (53 km)

Back Entremont by Petit Bornand and the D12 (34 km)

Back by Grand-Bornand, Col de la Colombiere and Bonneville St Jeoire (269 km)
